Food Bank Donations

Year 2 lived out the Gospel Values of being generous and grateful by collecting food items for a local food bank. Then on Wednesday 15th February they  walked to Tesco to meet Hugh from the Trussel Trust. They asked him some questions about the work the charity does and gave in their donations for the food bank. Year 2 loved finding out about how they can help the people in our community and we all hope thier generous donations will help lots of people.

Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children

On the 16th of December we had a Christmas Jumper Day to raise money for Save the Children.  We raised lots of money and loved looking at each others jumpers. There were lots of bright colours, flashing lights and some even sang songs! It definitely got us in the Christmas spirit.

Us all looking very cool in our Christmas jumpers in assembly.

Tickled Pink!

On the 21st October Good Shepherd had a Pink Day to help raise money for Breast Cancer Research. We raised £203.09 for this great cause and had lots of fun!

Two of our School Council members with our certificate.
